Why we built this
Walk into a small carwash on a Saturday morning. The whiteboard's full, the cashier's scribbling plate numbers on receipts, and half the regulars have stopped coming back because the operator has no way to remember who they are.
The big chains have apps, loyalty programs, marketing automation, queue management software — all of it. The small operator has a notebook and a guess.
Kilat Carwash Network levels the field. For sub-RM 100/month an operator gets the queue board, the customer book, the loyalty engine, the WhatsApp marketing, the prorated multi-outlet billing — and a white-label PWA so their customers think it's their own app.
What we believe
The four principles that shape every decision
White-label by default
The customer-facing app carries the operator's brand, not ours. Their customers install their app — not Kilat Carwash Network. We earn by making the operator look bigger than they are.
Field-sales channel
We pay sales agents one full month of an operator's subscription as a one-time commission for every signup. No internal sales team, no Google Ads — agents are incentivised to sign as many operators as they can.
SEA-first
WhatsApp not email. DuitNow not card. Bahasa + 中文 + தமிழ் not English-only. Built for how the region actually does business, not how Silicon Valley assumes it does.

The MVP launches in Malaysia: Billplz FPX subscription billing, DuitNow QR for wash payments, Bahasa / English / Chinese / Tamil customer PWAs, the WhatsApp Cloud API for messaging. Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam follow once the Malaysian operator base proves the playbook works.
