Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is no-card. We only ask for billing details (Billplz FPX from any Malaysia bank) when your first invoice generates on the 1st of the month after.
Can I add an outlet mid-month?
Yes — and the proration math is automatic. If you add an outlet on the 15th of a 30-day month, you pay half the extra-outlet rate that day, and then full rate from the 1st of next month onward.
What if I close an outlet?
Removal takes effect end of the current month. You pay full price for the partial month you used (no partial refunds), and the outlet drops from the next bill. Your data is retained 90 days in case you reopen.
How do customer payments work?
Customers pay you directly at the carwash — cash, DuitNow QR, e-wallet, card, whatever you accept. Your staff records the method on the ticket. We don't take a cut of wash revenue.
What if I'm unhappy?
Cancel during trial — no card, no charge. After trial, cancel any time and the platform stops billing on the next cycle. Your customer data export is one click.
