The catalog: what you sell, priced per vehicle
Last updated July 17, 2026
Open Catalog from the queue header. Four tabs — Packages, Services, Add-ons, Vehicle types — define everything a customer can book and what it costs. Your account starts with a sensible seeded line-up, so there's nothing to build from scratch: you edit names, prices, and availability. Adding brand-new items and deleting old ones from this page is coming soon.
One catalog, all your outlets
Your catalog lives at the business level, not per outlet. Edit a package once and every outlet gets the change. If you run more than one outlet, each item shows an Available at list — every outlet is ticked by default, and you untick the ones where an item shouldn't appear. New outlets automatically get your full catalog.
The four building blocks
- Services are the atomic jobs — exterior wash, vacuum, wax. Each has a name and a duration in minutes. Services carry no price of their own.
- Packages bundle services together and are what customers actually book. Each package is priced, has an estimated duration, and can be marked Featured to stand out in the booking flow.
- Add-ons are priced extras a customer (or your cashier, at the POS) can attach to a ticket — engine bay cleaning, interior sanitising.
- Vehicle types are the sizes you price against — saloon, SUV, MPV. Customers pick theirs when booking.
Pricing per vehicle type
Packages and add-ons aren't one-price-fits-all: each has a price grid with one RM field per active vehicle type. An SUV package can cost more than the saloon version of the same package. Leave a vehicle type blank and the item simply isn't offered for that vehicle.
Per-outlet price overrides
Packages support different prices at different outlets. Under Per-outlet pricing overrides, tick Override prices at [outlet] and fill in only the cells that differ — anything left blank falls back to your default price. The package card shows at a glance how many outlets carry custom pricing.
Hiding an item
Untick Active and save to take an item off the menu everywhere — it shows a Hidden badge in your catalog and disappears from customer booking, but its history stays intact. Re-tick to bring it back. That's also the safety net: items can be hidden or excluded from outlets, never accidentally destroyed.
Names and languages
The catalog editor currently edits the English display name; translations your items already carry in other languages are preserved untouched. Per-language editing from the dashboard is coming.
Prepaid wash packs live elsewhere
One naming trap: the packages here are single-visit bundles. Prepaid wash packs — pay once for 5 washes, or unlimited washes per month — are a different animal, managed on the Wash subscription packages page (the Set up wash packs button on a customer's profile takes you there). Those carry their own price, validity period, and an optional savings line you write yourself ("Save RM 25 vs paying per wash"). Customers buy them in your app or at the counter, then redeem one wash per visit at the POS.
